A week is a fixed seven-day unit, so 2 weeks is exactly 14 days and 12 weeks is exactly 84 days. Use a day-based page when the instruction is stated as a precise number of days.

Weeks vs. Months

Calendar months vary from 28 to 31 days, so four weeks is exactly 28 days but is not necessarily one calendar month.
